Can a ring be re-sized?

Once a stone has been set into a ring, I cannot resize without dismantling it. For this reason I can't resize rings so please be sure of your ring size before purchasing.


I recommend asking a local jeweller to size your finger or you can buy plastic ring sizers to measure the size yourself. If you’re local to me (Oxfordshire), we can organise a mutually suitable time to size your finger. Please contact me if you have any questions

How long will my item take to get to me?

All items listed are ready to ship. I aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days but normally faster than that! 
Items are then posted with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for - their website states that they 'aim to deliver the next working day' but as we all know, there can always be delays so please be patient and allow for a day or 2 lee-way. Please contact me if you haven't received your order after 7 days of ordering.

How will the item be presented/packaged?

I gift wrap all my products in the same way – safely tucked in a simple black box made of recycled card, with a care card. I don’t want you to miss out on the ‘gift wrap’ experience; when buying a gift for yourself, it should be just as special as for someone else! Treat yourself!

How will the item be posted/delivered?

I ship all products as 'Royal Mail First Class Signed For' for peace of mind for all involved. You will need to provide a delivery address where a signature will be possible.

My item has tarnished

Silver will tarnish! It’s a natural process and is a sign of real silver, rather than being a bad thing! Products will tarnish more quickly for a few reasons – if left unworn for long periods of time, if worn when especially warm (and sweaty!) and if in contact with certain chemicals. But it is also easily fixed! Use a soft cloth to give your product a buff – the tarnish should come off. For more stubborn tarnish you can use a silver dip or a specialised silver cloth. I would always advise against using cleaning chemicals while wearing silver jewellery. Please do contact me for further questions

Returns and Refunds

Please read the item description in full - ring sizes, item measurements etc are all mentioned. Please contact me within 24hours or ordering, if you have made a mistake so that we can rectify before dispatch.

I make every effort to take accurate photos and measurements and I hope that you love your order! That being said, please do contact me within 14 days of delivery if there are any problems
If a return is needed, buyers are responsible for the return postage fee. The item must be returned in the original packaging and must be sent ‘Signed for’ with Royal Mail to be covered by insurance for Jewellery. 

Can I place a custom order?

Please do contact me if you are interested in working together on a custom - we can discuss design and lead times.


I can only accept a limited number of custom orders depending on time constraints  since I work on this business along side a full time job.

Many of the stones used are one-offs so while I can re-create a design for you, I can't always re-create it using the same stone choice.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

I currently only ship within the UK due to custom regulations with the US and changing regulations post-brexit. If you are interested in placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, please get in contact and I will see what I can do!

Will my jewellery be hallmarked? ...
